Jiva Materials was honoured to attend the Low Carbon Innovation Fund (LCIF) reception at the iconic House of Commons on Wednesday. Hosted by Clive Lewis MP, the event marked a celebration of LCIF’s remarkable contributions to fostering low-carbon innovation across the East of England.

The Low Carbon Innovation Fund, managed by Turquoise International, has invested over £30 million in ERDF funds, leveraging an impressive £100 million in private sector co-investment. This initiative supports SMEs developing environmentally beneficial technologies, products, and services that drive measurable reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.

With more than 10,000 tons of carbon emissions saved annually across its portfolio of over 100 innovative products and technologies, LCIF demonstrates a scalable and effective approach to combating climate change while fostering economic growth. The fund prioritizes businesses in the East of England and has supported 82 companies to date, empowering them to bring sustainable solutions to market.
